The renewal process includes striping the machine down, stack and line bore the side frames, repaint, and check all tolerance on rolls, bearings, and gears. Geting rid of blemishes and re-chrome rolls, and replacing all rolls, bearings, and gears that do not meet factory tolerances. Completely rewire and re-control machine with new push buttons, a new control panel, and a new HMI.
Incorporating customer selected upgrades, if any, with OEM counterparts. Machine upgrades include TISCO digital registers, direct drive units for folding rails, TISCO counter ejector, Vacuum folding rails, TISCO/Harper die cut section and/or print sections, direct drive anilox rolls, and more.

This renewal process can be accomplished by either the customer providing a core of their own, or customers can choose to purchase a core directly from us for the renewal process. The latter process allows for the customer to continue running on their existing core machine while the other is being renewed in due process. The old core is sold off during the renewal process, which is then replaced following the completion of the renewed core.
